i had a huge interest in tech as a kid.

and then I picked up a camera.

I then thought to myself, is there something in this industry where I could do both? That’s how I ended up here.

With what started as an interest in photography, and then in film, despite pushback from my secondary school teachers, I started pursuing a career in film technologies, graduating as the first batch of students from ITE College Central with a Higher NITEC in Filmmaking (aka. FLM), while working at the same time to gain experience.

Started as an art intern, moved on into lighting, and ultimately, the camera department after finishing my National Service, every Singaporean son’s rite of passage.

In these eight years, I’m thankful to all the production companies that have trusted me in handling their high-value production data, bringing peace of mind.
